The Down sides of seo:
1. seo is time consuming. If you create a website about an event coming in next few days, you can’t do much more to get traffic from search engines in this short time period.
2. Search engines index pages after a few days so it is also a problem to get a site indexed if it is new.
3. Search engines change their ranking factors from time to time. A technique useful now may just not work tomorrow.
4. You site can be penalized and ranking can fall just for one mistake and it takes a long period to regain that position.
