Network marketing prospecting is much more easily powered when using a funded proposal.

A little education in regard to MLM funded proposals – Starting a MLM business takes money. You have heard “it takes money to make money.” Mike Dillard in his course entitled Building on a Budget, suggests that our goal as serious network marketers should be to invest $10,000 per month on advertising. Not from our own money, but from dollars derived from our MLM business opportunity. A great deal of the money that would go into the advertising would come from the MLM funded proposal.

The idea of a proposal is relatively a new concept in the world of network marketing. It is essentially a way of putting people through a sales funnel in order to generate up front cash flow that can be used to fund their marketing efforts. Once you have the lead in your funnel, you can began marketing to the customer your MLM opportunity and/or a higher dollar back end product.

MLM proposals are relative new, but the similar concept has been used in network marketing companies for years. MLM gurus have been selling books, tapes and cds for years. The concept by Mike Dillard in regard to the validity of using a MLM proposal is that by his estimation, 97% of prospective network marketers will not join your MLM business opportunity.So why not monetize these prospects and try and keep recruiting them?

There has been many to hit the market lately. In my estimation many of them are the same. Basically they offer the basic methods for marketing one’s MLM opportunity or affiliate product by suggesting article marketing, pay per click marketing, social media marketing and blogging. Some of these funded proposals will emphasis one or more of these marketing methods much more than they would other methods of marketing

I personally am attracted to following a MLM or affiliate leader that offers his/her proposal when they will freely offer an affiliate tip or MLM tip in regard to acquiring business. This is a concept that has worked very successfully to get the prospects to buy from them because they trust them. The trust is forged because the leader has extended said information that is useful to the buyer, yet the prospect may never buy. The marketing leader takes this willing risk,knowing that the law of numbers will bring in a large number of buyers for the funded proposal.
