- 12 oz. lean ground beef
- 1 pkt (1.25 oz) 40%-less-sodium taco seasoning mix
- 1 can kidney beans
- c. bottled ranch salad dressing
- c. salsa
- 8 c. bagged salad greens
- 2 c. broken tortilla chips
- 1 c. cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 c. shredded reduced-fat Cheddar cheese
- 1/4 c. Chopped red onion
Directions

- Step 1Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook, breaking up clumps with a wooden spoon, about 3 minutes, or until no longer pink. Add taco seasoning mix and cook, stirring, 1 minute more. Stir in kidney beans and heat through.
- Step 2Meanwhile, mix ranch dressing and salsa in a small serving bowl.
- Step 3Place beef mixture in center of a large serving platter. Surround with remaining ingredients. Serve with the ranch dressing mixture.
