Having leftover ham, I started making this sandwich late at night during my first pregnancy to satisfy my cravings; and have continued eating this with variations ever since. —Jinnie

Ingredients

  • 1/2

    Avocado


  • 2 pieces

    Ham or Bacon (cooked)


  • 1

    Egg (fried)


  • 1 piece

    Cheese (your favorite)


  • 2 pieces

    Bread (toasted)

Directions
  1. 1.Toast the bread.
    2. Slather the Avocado on each slice of toast.
    3. Layer the Ham/Bacon, Egg, Onion, and Cheese on one slice of the prepared toast and then top with the other prepared toast.
