  • 2 slices turkey bacon
  • 3 large leaves green leaf lettuce
  • 1 chopped tomato
  • 4 slices avocado,halved
  • 1/2 c. sliced strawberries
  • 1 tbsp. balsamic vinegar or rice vinegar

Directions

    1. Step 1Prepare the turkey bacon according to package directions. Slice into bite-size pieces.
    2. Step 2Line 2 plates with the lettuce leaves. Top with the tomato, avocado, bacon, and strawberries. Drizzle with the vinegar.
