Ingredients

Shrimp 12 -
Salt 1/2tsp -
Pepper 1/4tsp -
Wine 1tbsp -
Tomatoes 2 large -
Tomato Ketchup and soy sauce 2 tbsp each -
Egg whites 2 beaten -
Cornstarch 2tbsp -
Vegetable oil 4cups -
Cabbage 4cups Shredded -
Parsley few
Directions
- Clean and wash prawns, mix with salt pepper and wine and set aside
- Mix egg white and corn starch well, coat shrimps, fry one by one in medium heated oil, until lightly colored, drain well.

Arrange fried shrimp on plate, garnish with cabbage , tomato and parsley.
Serve with tomato ketchup and soy sauce mix
