The other solution that has been undertaken by highly important companies around the world, is buying flying miles for their employees. This basically permits the employee to fly with a specific company a certain amount of times within the year, or until the miles they have purchased get used up. This puts them in control and subsequently they can call the company whenever they need to fly, again like a taxi service on ground.
